SD card blocked…any help?
when i turn on my camera, i can see the stored pics, but i can’t take new pics or erase the old ones, neither record video. When i put it on the computer, I can’t erase the old ones too. My cam says it is blocked, but i didn’t blocked it… is my SD card damaged? How can i fix the problem? Continue reading »
Deleting pictures off a SD Memory Card?
I got a 2 GB memory card about a year ago and i used it on a casio camera but now I got a new camera and it will only let me delete the pictures that i took with this camera so all the ones that were on it from the last camera can’t be deleted.

Is a lens adapter worth it? Using old Nikon Lenses on my digital Canon.?
I was wondering if anybody has done it, and is it worth it? Is it really a pain to have to go through and set all the manual controls and stuff? I would probably be buying a cheap adapter around $20 since I couldn’t afford any of the expensive stuff with the microchips and things.

Computers for editing by hollywood standards is decidely low budget. Maybe ok for cartoons or scifi stuff with a lot of CGI.You may be thinking of the off-line editors such as AVID. These were computers that put together a look-a-like of the finished film and when the director/producer approved, an EDL (edit decision list) was generated and sent to the actual film editor.
