How to upload videos with Exilim EX-Z55 Camera?—by rawr.dani

it’s an Exilim EX-Z55 camera from Casio with a 2.0 GB SanDisk memory card if that matters… The software i got with it was ritz pix e-z print & share 2.0 but i can only figure out how to upload pictures with this…

Uninstall the Ritzpix E-Z Print; it’s useless software. And if your pictures were burned to the CD that contains this software, your videos may not be with it. Ritz doesn’t generally process still-camera videos.Instead, try using the software from Casio itself. If you still have the box that your camera came in, it should contain a CD-ROM specifically for Casio cameras.

But if the box is long gone, that’s okay too.

Just connect your camera to your computer with its USB cord. Your computer should read your camera like any other removeable hard drive. So you can explore the camera like it was a USB drive, find your movie files, and copy them over to your computer. Presto upload!
